1. Services
MRQ VISUALS provides photography and related services including but not limited to wedding photography, event photography, product shoots, lifestyle and portrait photography, and digital media services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Bookings & Payments
- A booking is confirmed only after receiving an advance payment or deposit.
- The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed schedule before or on the day of the shoot/event.
- Payments once made are non-transferable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- In case of cancellation by the client, the advance amount may be non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be informed in advance.
- In rare cases where MRQ VISUALS is unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative solution or refund may be offered.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate information during booking.
- Necessary permissions for shooting locations must be arranged by the client unless agreed otherwise.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring timely cooperation during the shoot.
5. Delivery of Work
- Final images/videos will be delivered within the agreed timeline.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on the scope of the project.
- Edited images are provided as per MRQ VISUALS’ creative style and discretion.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- All photographs, videos, and creative content remain the intellectual property of MRQ VISUALS.
- Clients are granted usage rights for personal or agreed commercial use.
- MRQ VISUALS reserves the right to use images/videos for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
MRQ VISUALS will take all reasonable care to deliver high-quality services. However, we shall not be held liable for:
- Unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, technical failures, or venue restrictions
- Loss of data due to factors beyond our control
- Any indirect or consequential damages
8. Third-Party Services
We may collaborate with third-party vendors (e.g., makeup artists, designers, editors). MRQ VISUALS is not responsible for the services or actions of third parties unless explicitly stated.
9. Website Usage
- Users agree not to misuse the website or its content.
- All content on this website, including images, text, and graphics, is owned by MRQ VISUALS and cannot be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
10. Privacy
